What is Rebounding?  Jumping on a trampoline or “rebounding” is a gentle and enjoyable way to exercise, whether you are an active person or not. The bounce of rebounding is an anti-gravity movement that provides you with the freedom of moving, kicking, turning, twisting and stretching your body at your own pace and without pain.

Fitness Benefits:

  • reduces fat & cellulite
  • strengthens & tones muscles
  • rehabilitates after physical injury
  • provides aerobic exercise for the heart
  • increases lung capacity
  • strengthens eye muscles & improves vision
  • exerces internal organs

Cardio Benefits:

  • increases vital capacity
  • increases potential for oxygen absorption
  • repays oxygen debt to the cells, tissues & organs more rapidly
  • increases flexibility of the chest wall (aiding in respiratory function)
  • decreases resting heart rate & resting blood pressure
  • increases red blood cell & blood hemoglobin count
  • opens the small blood vessels of the skin, leading to enlargement of blood flow to moving organs
  • helps the heart work more efficiently
  • increases opening of the coronary arteries
  • lowers blood cholesterol & glyceride levels
  • thins blood from rebound exercise (decreasing the risk of a heart attack)

Physiological Improvements:

  • balances hormone levels
  • minimizes calcium loss from blood stream & storage organs
  • enhances metabolism
